Brian Bednarz

Senior Vice President, Operations

Mr. Bednarz was appointed Senior Vice-President, Operations, in May 2019, overseeing operations for Circle K stores in the Western U.S. as well as the Worldwide Franchise division.

Prior to his current role, Mr. Bednarz had held the position of Vice President, Operations, Gulf Coast, since February 2013. He joined Couche-Tard in April 2012 from CVS, where he was Region Manager for Texas and Oklahoma. Earlier in his career, he held various roles of increasing responsibility with Hess Corp. before taking on a role as Sr. Vice President at Dattilo Petroleum.

Mr. Bednarz serves on the board of TruAge, a digital identification solution developed by NACS and Conexxus that enhances current age-verification systems and protects user privacy.

He obtained a B.S. Criminal Justice from The College of New Jersey and an MBA from Long Island University.
